With exception of the first cbt day, everything in the founder pack should have been sent to your inbox, if that isn't the case, you should write a ticket to support

I Bought a founder pack but didn't receive all the things in it like my xp boosts my back pack and my coins everything else was there I think do I get them later or do I need to make a ticket with support

No it is not too late, and it should not affect your account now other than reserving your in-game name and giving you all the founder packs items.

They should have a min ping other game auto kick high latency players you should do the same cause people will start using programs to slow there connection so they can lag tap and teleport sorry if you live to far way for a good connection that's up to the people who run this game if they want to add servers and us that have the right stuff to play shouldn't suffer cause of that

Game worked fine the past 2 days but now when i start the screen just stays black for about 5 minutes and then it gives me a Time Out message. I can only click confirm and it closes the game.

It seems to be working now try again
The NA server had a temporary issue. glad that you can join again
I'm having same problem now i played all day now it logs in goes through all the creits and just before it loads game screen it stays black

at first mine asked for a new nickname now it just say logged on to anther device ive change password restarted comp twice I'm done trying this sucks cause I was having fun playing this game but I'm not starting over lvl 17 already ill try again tomarrow if it don't work I'm done

nope I just tried it say I'm logged on all ready I restarted my comp changed my password and still no luck well I'm off to bed maybe by tomarrow it will be fixed hopefuly I was enjoying the game

You probably have to write a ticket to our support to let them check on your account. Are you playing on US or EU? You'll automatically play on the closest server to your location

I just tried to log in and it asked me for a nickname even though ive been playing sense launch and no matter what name I try it says its takin ive been playing all night I just took a break for 5 mins came back to log in and it wont let me back in I'm a lvl 17 sure don't want to start over
