    Well, it just get to much salt in me.
    So i decide to drink a bucket of bleach and take a good long break from broken sight and play

    som other FPS out there with a more or less functional netcode.


    Don't get me wrong, i will check back from time to time, because the game can be truly awsm and fun to play.
    And i will use some money if and when it function 4% better then i does now :P

    My opinion, this game will die soon, or shut down the game, and start doing the same game but a better version, this actualy is unplayble so u can shut down beta

    It's frustratingly to play the game and it only pissez me off now.

    I went back to WW2/ MW2 and Bf4.
    The few people I got in to the game has quit it too.

    Will try it out from time to time, because it's got good potential.

    As far as I can tell, the hit registration/delay is some of the best in any FPS. However the movement delay is very severe, which is why we are all getting killed so far behind walls.

    That is ONLY if every thing is perfect, no jitter or no packet-loss . Both have same PING.

    Since the game use TDCP, every packet must be 100% delivered, or the sender start's all over again.

    If the server dons't receive completed packet or there som delay, or the packet is to small, server will either reject it or wait for mor data.

    Well, u can always hope something get's better :D

    Reduce TTK on long ranges

    Cut the time it takes to regain health with at least 35% (leave it as is in Search and destroy )

    Reduce hip-fire accuracy (to easy to just spam AD AD AD AD while hip-firing )

    Weapon re-balance based on damage/ rpm and the new TTK

    Snipers : Longer ADS time, flinch more while getting shot, increase reload time.
    Or drop the damage down to 65% and make them a one shot head shot only weapon.





    And yes, changing to UDP is not magical gonna solve every issues the netcode suffer's from.
    Nor is it something that can be done over night. Implementing it know would probably give a ton of new issues.

    having had a chance to play the game over the last 3 days i have had one prominent issue that has made the game at times unplayable and that is the netcode. Honestly the netcode in this game is beyond awfull you die around corners and i even start taking damage before people come round the corner and this happens all the time regardless of the ping of myself or my opponents (although players with bad ping just make the issue worse) Netcode is so so important in a fps game and im upset to see the state of the net code of this game and it really inst acceptable even for a beta (ive played plenty of early access/ beta games and not once have i come across net code that is this bad.....) apart from that the game is super fun but the shitty net code just undermines all the good this game has to offer and i certainty wont be playing again or at full release if this is not rectified.

    The game itself has an extremely good potential!
    But the netcode and damage drop off/ health regne holds it back.

    They can tweak server how much they wont, but that won't fix the issue in bedded in the games coding..
    The biggest flaw in this game is that is not using a UDP based connection but a TCP.

    A free to play title can easily earn more money (if the game is good) then a AAA title.

    Never use TCP for time critical data! it's a golden rule for a reason.

    The Desync and the health regenration are the stuff that needs to be improved greatly... Plus the sniper. Too many people running around with blaser that pretty much ruins the game as it one shots anywhere on the upper chest



    IT does NOT one shot anywhere in the chest, this has been discussed multiple times. It's about 3/5 Ohe Shot Body Shots with the Blaser at least.

    One shot weapon needs to go.
    99% of time i get shot by a sniper IAM DEAD.

    Put it this way (as u are battlefield player) it's like a Martini Henry on all ranges without bullet drop or bullet speed AND whit faster reload time.


    Its way Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to easy to pick up. Ur not punished enough for taking incoming damage when sniping. There's way to little weapon sway
    and u can ADS to fast..

    Mix this together with the insanely stupid decision to use TCP based connection over UDP as part of their netcode, it's totalt garbage.
    And rly TCP? Now wonder u get trade kill all the time and game feel so inconsistent!

    Every god dam FPS game out there use UDP and that is several good reasons for that.

    That would be all kinds of wrong.. I know that the packet loss they "may" bring with them, could degrade the server performance.
    Player models not being update right leading to rubber-banding and other hit-box trouble..


    But its hard to tell, ur still a green bar on 120 in ping..

    Best there is. Not only can u see ur ping time, but also bufferbloat and other variation during ur test.

    I use a router with good QOS rules.
    Only using cabled connection

    A+ connection.

    Beside the blackscreen i get right now, ping varys way to much .
    From 21-160 in a game.

    Started out with a kd as a noob of 1,94 now at 1,55
    one match, ping is stable at 31-35 And its super smooth action. Likly to end up some where around 2,5 KD ++

    Next ping is banan and ur likly to end up negativ.
    Looby can be almost the same as well, wich is super weird

    Don't know how the servers are running today, but since last mantinance 9th of mars, it's been frustrating to play.
    This is the first game my stats goes downwards on. :P
    Most of my party quits the game after just a few round bc the bad hitreg.

    Health regan is way waaaaaay to slow, and dosent suit the run and gun shooter aspect very well. ( Search and destroy i think it's fine)

    Damage drop of is to severe 7 bullets on long range? Should be 6 MAX
    Snipers SHOULD not one shot kill unless headshot. It should be a big risk , big reward weapon in the game.

    This game is NOTHING like BF4, the TTK (what i pointed out) Is nothing like bf4, the movement (running, jumping, strafing, vaulting and crouching) is nothing like BF4.


    I don't think this game have drawn any inspiration from the BF series at all.

    BF4= Fast rpm weapon LOW TTK on all distances

    Zulu jumping around corners
    Spam strafing
    Spam crouching with strafing AFTER zulu jumping.

    Bf4 is 4 and 5 shot kill in close range (4 shot is bulldog/scar) and it increase to 6 bullets after 50 meters .
    That's a huge difference from 4 shot close range and 7 at long with nothing in between . Couple in with an average slower fire RPM , you could say it's just as good comparison as CS-GO and BF3

    BF1 on the other hand, maby.. There's a bigger drop of in damage over range, and there's snipers that can one shot ( on specific distances )

    TTK Feels incredibly fine. It's a pretty balanced mixture of Battlefield's Time to Kill and the game play pace of Call of Duty, I feel like to many people that mixture would change some views they have on the game. My girlfriend who plays high level competitive Overwatch says Ironsight seems way to fast to be fun, meanwhile I think it's around the same pace as Modern Warfare 3 felt.

    I feel like with the major adjustments expected to guns and overall balance, we'll see a much more defined schism in skill level. HIgher Skilled players will be able to secure their kills much quicker, which will lead lower skilled players to learn core game mechanics more quickly to adapt.

    Trust me, this is nothing like battlefield.

    Agreed, and on Search and destroy, it's perfect since its a more slower paced game style.
    But on TDM and the others... U will sitt in corner unless u don't wont to be taken down with 1-2 bullets.

    TTK kill is fine.

    Damage drop off and hip-fire combiend with one shot snipers is BS at the moment IMHO.


    4 bullets close range

    5 bullets medium

    6 bullets long range


    Head shot 1.4 to 1.8x damage multiplier on pistols, LMG and assault rifles.
    SMGS 1.2-1.3


    Balance weapon fire rate , recoil, spread and damage dropp of baced of this.


    Snipers should give 60-70 damage when shot in the chest.
    100% damage when hitting a head shot.

    This is not my first PC game. Trust me-- I know that difference in lightning and "effects" will affect the performance of a game.
    (Even though I should not notice it due to the extremly simplistic graphics on this game, and the fact that i'am not using half of my CPU/GPU)

    And when I say it dont stay consistent on the same map,

    I mean that it's NOT CONSISTENT ON THE SAME MAP. Obviously



    U mean the FPS limiter that dont work?

    FPS limiter is 200. Regardles of graphic settning, games run between 120-270
    Change between low/ultra don't give anny effect on fps.

    I don't seem consist on the same map's either. Cause some times i got a steady 190-250 fps. next round it's 130-240 and jumping all over the place.

    CPU usage is around 30%
    GPU usage is around 50-60% so the game realy don't take much of my PC -.

    I mean the game realy nailed down the COD feeling now.


    One game, bullets HIT just fine, next round u can shoot 2-3 times before the first hitmarkers appers.
    U also get one frame SHOT because bullets are all send in the same package.
    The number of trade kills is verey high and happens every round
    The number of times u take damage far faaaar behind cover is also high.

    So it now feels just as bad as playing on the north american server did.

    On the EU server i got Black screen after the Intro.
    On North American server the game load just fine.

    This happen after a match on EU server was over, and the game "hang" where i should display the highlight of the game.
    Help?

    Also FPS lock don't work well.
