Attachments need reworked...
Muzzlebreak reduce vertical and horizontal recoil and add noise.
Precision barrel increase range and accuracy.
Modified rifling increase accuracy and mobility.
Compensator removes flash, and increase damage.
Silencers don't remove flash, but reduce sound significantly, range, and damage.
Solution to fix dmrs.... Reduce recoil, buff damage/range so two body shots at any distance up to 80 range kills, but remove 1 headshot kills. Increase hipfire accuracy. Reduce mobility (these guns shoot bigger calibers and usually weigh more). 55, 60 damage. 80ish range. 50ish mobility. Reduce fire rate a little so it won't be too spammy (max fire rate of two clicks per second would be perfect, equating to 120 rounds per minute).
Buff semi snipers damage to one shot, but reduce range by 25+% make them short range snipers. (Same range as an AR, with quick damage drop off). This would be quickscope friendly, but suck at long range. Headshot kills out to the specified range, no long range. Doesn't lose accuracy when moving. 60 rpm. No hair trigger allowed.
Leave Blaser and DSR-50 (in game its the DSR-50 with a DSR1 model) as is. But reduce mobility and scoping time, making quickscoping useless. Loses accuracy when moving.
Exception for CF-X50. Increase range and damage, but give it much more recoil. Make it feel like an actual .50 cal. All snipers one headshot to kill at their specified range. Reduce mobility. CF-X50 recoil control 5, damage range accuracy 100, mobility 25. Should be slowest to scope, slowest to move, but most deadly 1 shot kill. Completely inaccurate when moving.
Buff ARs and LMG range slightly to 70. They feel too much like SMGs. Buff damage as well to 33-40 damage. Reduce mobility to 75ish. Range 50-70.
SMGs increase damage on all except high capacity ones (namely P90, Bison, AR57). The guns should have the highest mobility 100 as they're smaller, exception being secondary pistols. Less movement hip fire accuracy penalty than other guns.
LMGs reduce mobility, increase recoil control. Heavy guns are more stable. These guns should have the least mobility with exception being the CF-X50. Mobility 50ish.
Buff shotguns to one shot kill at close range. 25 range is good. This will allow for quick easy countering of the short range snipers, but with a bit less range. Buff secondaries in general. Currently players would rather just pick up another enemies gun to use instead.
Add nature maps.
VIP mode where VIP is visible at all times and is using a metal reaper.
CTF mode. Pretty self explanatory.
More meelee weapon skins. Maybe add a kitana sword. +25% faster movement when welding a meelee weapon.
Female character customization and 1 free female character.
Jumping/moving while shooting should reduce accuracy!
Add skill system based on KD and EXP. So kills but also following the objective matter. Use this for matchmaking. Put noobs with noobs. Pros with pros.
(New players coming to the game can see it Pay To Win for a while at least until they can buy weapons and attachments. Because often they're placed against those pros who've already unlocked a better gun that fits their own gameplay style. Not everyone does good with the default AR, some players prefer to camp with a sniper, some prefer to use an SMG at close range. Possible fix would be to include 1 weapon of each group for free as permanent unbreakable weapons. Make them player choice. So basically like a free gun coupon for each the 5 gun types ARs, DMRs, SRs, LMGs, SMGs. Would pair well with more loadouts.)
More loadouts. Also based on a take 10 system. Allow us to have secondary customization. Or sacrifice the secondary to have more primary attachments.

Connect to server based on best ping. Sometimes I ping South America better than North America, kinda weird but it makes sense to then connect to SA if it means better ping. This is better than a region lock as it may allow more players to play. Also you might make great friends in other countries than your own!
Optinal word filter. This is a game for mature people, the filter should be optional. Enabled by default is fine but allow us to turn it off!
Better rates on crates. People that buy crates aren't happy when they get only useless cosmetics... Neither are free players.
Remove repair system.
Allow permanent tactical and lethals. But release skinned versions.
Black Squads smoke grenades for example has different smoke designs that make it unique and fun!
Player economy. Allow players to sell back guns (reset level progress to prevent abuse). Also allow player to trade with other players. Warframe does allow this and it's working well for them. Limit to 1 trade per week with the ability to buy more trades for $1 per trade.
Country Flag skins. An easy way to add more skins, as the ideas already there and all you need to do is put it on guns! More stuff to sell and trade to increase Aeria's revenue!
Remove the ability to buy gold. That removes any possibility of P2W. Everything must be earned by playing. Also makes it more rewarding.
Add more incentive to follow the objective! People seem to just go for kills. It's really annoying. Not every mode is TDM! C'mon guys!
