Is there a reason twitch doesn't work on my laptop? any help?

I have an Asus Notebook PC UX330U (if this is relevant). twitch doesn't work:

Interesting. What I found out is that at home twitch works on my laptop, but at school it doesn't. Seems like my school district is smarter than I have previously anticipated.

Mission success! My school district provides multiple Wi-Fi's to use. Before, I was using one connection and twitch.tv didn't work. Now that I am on another connection, it works! *queue victory music*
