    Hum, hello? I've seen some light so I came in... What is Ironsight exactly?

    Ironsight is a Free-to-play shooter taking place in a post-apocalyptic futuristic world. It's 2025, and two factions now fight for the control of Earth's last remaining resources: EDEN & NAF. Pick up a weapon and shoot your way to victory!


    What kind of machine do I need to play Ironsight?

    Ironsight is playable on PC (Windows) only.

    You will find the system requirements below:


    Is Ironsight available on consoles? How about macOS, Linux?

    Unfortunately not. Currently, Ironsight is a Windows-exclusive title.


    Is Ironsight pay-to-win?

    Absolutely not. In Ironsight, there is no pay wall. As a free player, you can access every item / game mode. Spending AP will not give you any advantage over your opponents during fights.


    Is Ironsight available on Steam?

    Ironsight's Open Beta isn't available on Steam. Our plans are to try and release the polished commercial version on Steam once it is ready.


    Where can I play Ironsight from?

    We are publishing Ironsight for North America and Europe. We are considering more territories, but for now, playing from outside of those zones might affect your game performances (ping and network stability).

    Where are the servers located?

    Currently, two servers are available: one in Europe (channels in Belgium and Frankfurt), and one in the United States (North Virginia / South Carolina).


    Do I need to pay anything to play Ironsight?

    No, the game is free-to-play. Just create an account, download the client, and get started!

    What is the anti-cheat on Ironsight?

    Our anticheat is called KAMU (formerly known as EAC), more info on their official website.


    When will the game be released?

    The date of Ironsight's commercial release is still undecided. More information on that topic soon!


    Who is Ironsight's developer?

    Is Ironsight going to be on ESL?

    We are extremely interested in e-sports, and if the community is big and motivated enough, we will definitely go for it once the game is ready.

    I have a technical issue or a question regarding one of my purchases in the game. Who do I contact?

    For any technical issue or enquiry regarding your purchases on Ironsight, you can contact our Support Team here.


    How can I contact a member of the Ironsight Team?

    If you're encountering an issue, please send a ticket to our support team here. You can also poke one of our community managers on Discord or on the forums.


    What languages are supported on Ironsight?

    Ironsight is currently fully supported in English, German and French.


    Will there be a wipe of the data and progress after the end of the Open Beta?

    No, we haven't planned any server wipe. Rollbacks could happen exceptionally for technical reasons.


    I found a bug or a text issue in the game. How do I report it?

    You can report any bug or translation mistake you find on Ironsight by filling the following form.

    How can I report a player that I suspect of cheating?

    If you think you met a player using hacks or cheats, please record a video and send it to us as a proof here. We will then review it and take the necessary measures against this player if needed.
    To record your video, feel free to use OBS Studio, which is free. You can also use your Nvidia / AMD recording tools.


    How can I report an inappropriate behavior in-game?

    If a player is having an inappropriate behavior in-game, please take a screenshot or recording and send it to us as a proof here. We will then review it and take the appropriate measures against this player if relevant.


    I want to send a ticket, what information do I need?

    - Aeria Games account: the username you registered as your account's login. This username is visible and known only to you and the gamigo staff (not visible to other players).
    - In-game name: in Ironsight, it is the Callsign you chose when you first connected to the game.
    - Email address: the email currently affiliated to your Aeria Games account.
    - Original email address: the email used to create the Aeria Games account.
    - Account creation date: the date you created and registered an Aeria Games account.
    - Country you play from.

    Note: You can find most of these information in your account's profile settings on the Aeria Games website once logged in or in the Aeria Games registration email sent to your account's original email (check your spam folder as well).


    How do I know if a maintenance is in progress?

    There are different ways to know if a maintenance is in progress.
    You can either check if there's any mention of a maintenance on the game's launcher, or join our Discord and to check the #news channel.
    You can also simply check on the website if there is a news published regarding this.
    A last solution would be to check our Facebook page or Twitter, we always announce the maintenances over there and we even notify the community once the maintenance is over.


    I haven't received my AP purchase, what can I do?

    Please first log in on the Aeria website and make sure that the AP purchase has been registered correctly on your account: https://billing.aeriagames.com/report/in_list.asp

    If you notice an issue with your APs after checking on the website, then please contact us and provide us with the following information:

    - Aeria Games account on which you purchased the AP.
    - In-game name of your character on this account.
    - Date and time of purchase.
    - Payment Method.
    - Transaction ID or any other way of identifying that purchase.


    I purchased some AP for the first time on my account but I haven't received them and an "Error" message is displayed where my AP should be, what do I do?

    Your account's AP purchases are temporarily suspended while we verify your accounts' billing information.
    Please note that this is a manual verification that can take up to 48 hours.
    If you are still suspended after that, please send a ticket with the following information:
    - Aeria Games account on which you purchased the AP.
    - In-game name of your character on this account.
    - Date and time of purchase.
    - Payment Method.
    - Transaction ID or any other way of identifying that purchase.


    I have purchased an item in-game but I can't find it, what do I do?

    Please first verify your Storage from the Home menu, this is where all purchases made from the loadout collection system or the in-game shop are sent.
    If you still can't find it there, please send us a ticket with the following information:
    - Aeria Games account on which you purchased the AP.
    - In-game name of your character on this account.
    - Item, price and quantity purchased.
    - Date and time of purchase.
